Emma Norling is a PhD student in Computer Science at The University
of
Melbourne, currently visiting the ACS lab for three months.
Her research
is looking at modelling human behaviour in complex environments,
such as
air combat simulation, disaster recovery simulation, and multi
player
computer games. She is looking at extending the BDI agent framework
to
give more accurate models of human behavivour, considering aspects
such
as decision making strategies, the influences of emotions, perception
and attention, etc. See her homepage
