The code in the three files Ôsoar.soarÕ,Õdilemma.soarÕ and Ôdilemma.tclÕ, when loaded 
runs a model of ÔThe PrisonerÕs DilemmaÕ.  This was originally a project for a module 
of the Msc in Intelligent Systems I am doing at the University of Nottingham.

To run the model, source soar.soar from the soar prompt.

Unfortunately, this model is far from perfect and does not work properly.  Some of 
the problems are outlined in the problems section of the write-up.
