Note 1. This includes all sessions, proceedings, and lunch and dinner during the conference.

Note 2. Proof of student status required.

Note 3. Some participants may want arrangements to stay in local hotels. If you would prefer this type of accommodation, you should note this on the form and reply as soon as possible.

Note 4. Full board (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) has been arranged for the period from dinner on 2 April to lunch on 4 April. Includes social evening out, and full use of university pool and sports centre (including tennis and snooker).

Note 5. There are only 15 en-suite facilities available at Willoughby Hall. These will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Note 6. Other dining facilities are at least a 20 min. walk away. Lunch and dinner has been arranged for the period from dinner on 2 April to lunch on 4 April. Includes social evening out.


3. Method of Payment

Payment should be made using one of the following methods:

A cheque for the appropriate amount should be drawn on a UK bank in pounds sterling. Please note, banks outside the UK may charge for this. A Eurocheque should indicate "Place of issue: Nottingham" and must not exceed a maximum of 699 pounds.
